The Steering Committee of the New Jersey State Public Employee Charitable Campaign
The Steering Committee of the New Jersey State Public Employee Charitable Campaign (NJSECC) is seeking proposals from charitable fund-raising organizations for the function of Campaign Manager for the campaign years 2013-14 and 2014-2015.

OVERVIEW of NJSECC:
The NJSECC is organized under the Public Employee Charitable Fund-Raising Act (PL.1985, c 140, 1, eff. April 12, 1985) and governed by a Steering Committee as outlined in the statute and subsequent regulations issued by the Treasurer’s Office of the State of NJ.
The 2011-2012 campaign raised $1,202,404 from NJ State Employees. There were approximately 125,000 employees canvassed by the campaign with 5,700 donors for a participation rate of 4.6%. Results from the 2012-2013 campaign will not be available until after February 28 due to the extension of the campaign from December 10 to January 31.
