NOTE: The 2011 NJSECC Pledge Form (PDF File) is provided to assist donors that may, for some reason, not have access to “paper pledge forms”, or may simply want to familiarize themselves with the form. IT IS NOT DESIGNED AS THE PRIMARY MEANS OF MAKING CONTRIBUTION. THE PRIMARY PLEDGE FORM FOR CONTRIBUTION SHOULD BE THE PAPER PLEDGE FORM PROVIDED BY THE WORKPLACE CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR. Use of the downloaded form does not constitute “electronic pledging”. Employees that go this route are requested to: (1) download and print the form (2) fill the paper copy of the form out (3) make 2 copies of the completed pledge form (4) turn in the “original pledge form” plus a copy of the completed form along with any cash/checks to your workplace campaign coordinator (5) keep a copy of the form for your records. Your Workplace Campaign Coordinator will collect pledge cards/cash/checks and ensure that they are processed through your payroll office and the Campaign Distribution Office that ensures that funds are allocated to charitable organizations as designated by the employee. If employees are not certain who their Campaign Coordinator is, they may contact NJSECC at 1-800242-4356 (ext 16) for assistance.
