New Jersey State Employees Charitable Campaign (NJSECC)

As New Jersey state public employees, we are committed and dedicated to making a positive difference in the communities where we live, work, and serve. Through our participation in the New Jersey State Employee Charitable Campaign we have the opportunity to reinforce that commitment by giving generously to support the important work carried out by the over 1400 charitable organizations included in the campaign.

Last year, approximately 11,000 State employees participated in the NJSECC, giving more than $2 million to support local, statewide, national and global organizations. The impact of their generosity is significant and rewarding. Perhaps more importantly, this support has proven instrumental in helping charities right here in New Jersey, in our local communities across the state.

As the incoming Chair of the 2008-2009 New Jersey State Employee Charitable Campaign, I look forward to working with you to continue our strong tradition of giving. For the upcoming year my goal is to increase overall employee participation in the campaign. To do this I need your help beyond your personal gift - get involved in the campaign as a volunteer. Help communicate the campaign to your colleagues - share a personal story of a way in which you gave to help others.

I look forward to the upcoming campaign with great enthusiasm. With your continued support and commitment this year holds great promise - to truly make a difference in someone else's life.
